We stand firmly by our customers after machinery has been installed. To us providing optimal support means proactivity in resolving problems and quickly organising field support when needed.
Keeping after sales experience of our customers on highest possible level is an important aspect of business to us. We have it in mind already when designing our machines:
- Only proven standard components are built-in which enables easy and low-cost maintenance throughout the entire life-cycle of the machine;
- Well thought out construction with focus on easy servicability to enable our clients to be in control of the maintaining process to a highest possible degree.
- When support is needed we are there for our customers with our own after sales team or in coordination with our reselling partners’ service teams.
